Located on the Trinity Bay Highway through Dildo, close to all amenities.  This bungalow is a handyperson’s special.  I cannot tell you much about the property except it appears to be a 2-bedroom home with a crawl space.  Outside it appears in average condition and the electrical is still connected but not sure what the panel box is.  At this point I have not been able to get inside the house because of debris; however, the seller is having the house cleaned out.  Right now, I would not recommend anyone enter the house because it is unsafe do to the amount of person stuff left behind. I assume the house is 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom with electric heating.  I will update the information when I can get into the house.  I am working on getting a land document for more accurate land size.  This area is in a Local Service District where residents pay $ 400 per year and an additional fee of $ 225 per year to Eastern Waste Management for garbage collection.  All offers must be accompanied by the seller’s Schedule “A” which states the property is being sold “As Is” and are attached in the documents section for realtor.
